TXU offered nothing when I updated all lighting fixtures from incandescent and fluorescent to LEDs while again, friends in Austin earned 50% of bulb cost in rebates. I am researching ways to leave TXU as their KwH is the highest in the land!

I just replaced one of my home air conditioners (outdoor condenser unit and coils in attic) , which changed from an ol SEER rating of 10 to a new SEER rating of 14 to 15.
are there any rebate programs going on for replacing old home units with new energy efficient units?

Sorry, TXU has very few energy efficiency rebates. Nothing for LED bulbs, although you will save money over the life of this long lasting bulb.
